Kingston Estero FL September 2026 Update: Models, Builders & What Buyers Should Watch

Kingston Estero FL is moving from plans on paper to a community buyers can finally begin to see taking shape. The official Kingston website now says model homes are underway, with sales and model openings planned for Fall 2026.

The Big Picture Has Become Clearer

Kingston now describes more than 7,600 acres, approval for up to 10,000 homes, approximately 700,000 square feet of commercial space and 3,287 acres planned for preservation and restoration.

Kingston South vs. Esplanade

Kingston South is planned for 3,625 homes by Lennar, Pulte Homes and Neal Communities. North of Corkscrew Road, Taylor Morrison’s Esplanade at Kingston is planned for approximately 1,285 homes with a resort and wellness focus.

I’m watching model opening dates, final pricing, homesite releases, HOA/CDD details, commercial announcements and how the roadway network progresses. Those details will matter just as much as the model homes themselves.
