About Lisa Ponce

Meet Lisa Ponce, Your Independent Kingston Buyer Resource

I’m Lisa Ponce, REALTOR® with Realty ONE Group MVP, and I specialize in helping buyers navigate new construction and relocation throughout Southwest Florida.

I created Inside Kingston Estero because Kingston is too large and too complex to understand from a single builder brochure. My goal is to help you compare neighborhoods, builders, floor plans, amenities, homesites, fees and timing so you can make a decision that fits the way you actually want to live.

Having personally relocated to Southwest Florida, I understand how much there is to learn when choosing a community from a distance. Through this website and my Living in Southwest Florida YouTube channel, I’ll continue following Kingston as it grows.
